Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is very important to me. Therefore I process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within this website.
Contact with me
If you contact me by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this information without your consent.
Data protection
A visit to my website can result in the storage on my server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place.
I would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via the internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. I cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.
The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. I reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g., by means of spam mail.
Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. Cookies are used to make the website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow me to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can configure your browser in a way that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only give permission in a specific case. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Your rights
In general, you have the rights for information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and dissent. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection demands have been violated in another way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority (“Datenschutzbehörde”).
