Design Review as a Service

An external UX perspective for your product team

Design Review as a Service is for product teams that don't have a dedicated UX perspective on the team, but know that good design makes the difference. Weekly or biweekly, I look directly in Figma or staging, give structured feedback, and help make decisions before they become hard to undo.

€ 1,800 per month

excl. VAT. Weekly or biweekly reviews. Minimum term 2 months.

Who is it for?

For engineering leads and CTOs who know that good design makes the difference but don’t have the capacity to lead it themselves. And for product teams in intensive build phases who want to regularly check decisions before they become hard to undo.

What you get

  • You don’t build anything that falls apart in the first user test.

  • You make UX decisions with a clear, independent perspective behind them.

  • You receive structured feedback in a rhythm that fits your sprint cycle.

  • You have someone in the sprint review who sees what’s invisible internally, because everyone is too close to it.

What’s included

  • Review call (60–90 minutes, weekly or biweekly)

  • Asynchronous feedback directly in Figma, prototypes or staging

  • Written summary after every review

  • Participation in sprint reviews

  • Minimum term 2 months, then cancellable monthly

Why work with me?

I’ve worked with very different products and teams – from startups (Bambus.io, XRious) and digital presences (MyPlace SelfStorage, Campus Wien University of Applied Sciences) to design systems (Kleine Zeitung) and complex internal software (Erste Digital).

That breadth makes me fast: I recognise patterns that have become invisible to a team working with the same product every day. I say directly what I see, with reasoning, and always in the context of your specific situation, not as a checklist.

Frequently asked

How much access do you need to our product?
Figma access and staging are the baseline. Everything I see, I treat as confidential – as a matter of course.
What’s the difference between weekly and biweekly?
Weekly means I’m closely integrated into your sprint cycle – useful in intensive build phases. Biweekly fits better when your team is iterating at a slower pace or the product isn’t in active development yet. We find the right rhythm in the first conversation.
Can we adjust the rhythm over time?
Yes. After the minimum term of 2 months, we can switch from weekly to biweekly or vice versa, depending on how the collaboration develops.

Does nobody look at it regularly?

If your team is building without an external perspective and problems only surface in user tests, let’s use 30 minutes to figure out which review rhythm fits.
